The WRF Venture Center, a natural extension of Washington Research Foundation's mission, offers entrepreneurs professional, flexible facilities and business support to help build their companies. Highest priority for leasing goes to companies in which Washington Research Foundation has made investments through WRF Capital. The Venture Center is located in Seattle on Lake Union with easy access to I-5 and 520, 10 minutes from central downtown, 20 minutes from Bellevue, and 30 minutes from the Sea-Tac International Airport.
